Maintenance Records and Account Archives

If you perform administrator maintenance, we keep a bounded audit record containing the run identifier, request and completion times, status and a summary of the maintenance steps. Your account archive includes your own records; it excludes session credentials, execution claims and other operators’ records. An archive integrity check confirms file consistency, not a server signature or proof that all report files have been deleted.

Completed maintenance records are retained for at least 30 days after completion and may then be removed in bounded maintenance batches. Unfinished or unknown runs remain available for investigation and recovery; they are not automatically treated as completed or replayed. Once an approved account deletion completes, the maintenance record is detached from the deleted user and session. Remaining anonymized operational evidence follows the maintenance retention rules.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
